You have some good ideas here, but it needs work. Here is a list of things that I have found while playing: 1. help.html file not accessible from game window Help, (Rules). 2. There is not a server list available. 3. Net-Chat is not accessible without a server list. Online staus unavailable. 4. Board angle is not at an angle suitable for proper viewing. 5. No ability to select MP3 files from a playlist window. You can select the directory that your music files are located in and they will play, but there is no way to select the songs from your music files list. It's appears to be a random selection. There needs to be a vehicle for viewing and playing the file information. 6. Sounds effects needs a selection button to choose background music or no background music. 7. Needs option to change the size of the game window. It would be nice to have the option to make the game window larger with no distortion. 8. Needs option to change the look of the game window to go along with the ability to change the look of the chessboard and chess pieces 9. Needs option to view game windowed. 10. Hint section's, highlight fields, accept and another options are locking up and causing the game to crash, with just a click of the mouse. 11. Needs to be a link to the Alawar web-site to get updates as they come in as well as a link to support.

WE NEED SERVERS WHIT NO PASS WORLD AND SOME PLAYERS IN IT ! I CANT FIND A SINGLE ONE !

THIS GAME IS JUST GREAT , BUT HOW I CAN FIND PLAYERS ON WEB ? I HAD PLAYED WHIT MY FRIEND ON WEB BUT I HAD TO TOLD HIM FIRST MY IP AND PAST WORLD ! I CANT FIND SERVER IN THE SERVER LIST ! I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SOME IP AND PAST WORLD TO FIND SOME PLAYERS !

With new skins Alawar have provided new dimesion to Chess.I love its funky colur combination.it it up!

I bought this game today. Well it looks very nice, but a number of things isn't very clear. The difficulty setting itself has proven to be very difficult. Also, in 3D, it would have been nice if you could alter the angle a little, because I don't have a really nice view on the board, so I often switch to 2D . The Help File is really no help at all. The music.. what music? On or Off, there is no music anyway.

I have downloaded the free trial verson of GM Chess.2. I would definately buy this game without hesitation if one could change difficult levels, and if it also was possible to set the computers aggressivety between offensive, normal or defensive playing. Im really looking forward to GM Chess.3. (If you buy GM Chess.2. Is it possible to upgrade when version 3 is realesed, or do I have to buy the whole thing again?)

All updates for the game are for free. You may adjust difficulty with time for move, game etc, checking depth (2 moves as default).

The computer doesnґt seam to compare values of its own pieces and mine enough, before its strikes..? Example: it will gladly let go of one of its horses just to strike one of mine!? Allways. Is the algoritm that simple? Or - say aggressive?

i like this game. but i cant get the network thing to work. what do i have to do? maybe i just dont understand it enough or maybe the word "network" in this case dosent mean a connection between two or more computers using a modem of some sort with or without a connection to the internet. can anyone help me

Couple things. Yes, I understand difficulty can be changed by move depth que but the strategy algorithm would still be the same. Preset AI levels are needed. I don't know if this is an issue with Win XP only, but when the AI tries to resign, I get and error and game crashes to desktop. Very annoying. Should I redownload? NE1 else experience this? I can never seem to get online either. This game will likely be returned.

Nice looking game, plays well. It could be improved by actually incorporating the preset difficulty levels that are refered to in the help file, and having a true 3D board that allows you to alter your viewing angle would help alot (the fixed viewing angle is not appropriate, you switch to 2D to see the game properly).
