I am stuck in the indian settlement on the wing puzzle. Does anyone know the correct order for painting them?

I love the game but I don't know latin, and there is a part at the end of the game that wants a famous latin quote with the pieces IT/OM/LTI/MUL/MU/TA; /MO/NIA/NOV please help
