I have loved the Strike Ball and Magic Ball (now Strike Frenzy) games and based on WhiteRabbit's recommendation I gave it a try myself. I LOVE IT! In inclusion of the "Boss Battles" is out of this world and different than any other breakout game I've ever tried. Wonderful new game!

This is the first game i've purchased in some time. I've always loved alawar, partly becasue they are one of the only developers still making breakout/arkanoids on a regular basis. I like this new game, with a taste of the old Magic Ball and Strike ball combines plus a little bit of Actionball 2 with the inclusion of upgreadable power ups. I'd still love to see alawar release a levels editor like they did with the second hyperballoid. that said, this is worthwhile purchase for me. Another thing i'd love to see instead of ball speedups as power ups include a slider so that more exerienced players can ramp up the speed. I do find these Magicball like games a little slow and therefor easy to beat. Still i enjoy these games have done since I played the first ever breakout by Taito back in the mid 70's. Nice one alawar. thanks for keeping the breakout genre alive. (Th only new breakout i've seen apart from the ones you've released over the last several years and since Reflexive released their fantastic Ricochet Infinity is a game called shatter, which really redefines 2D breakouts. :)

Great sequel to strike ball 3. The addition of a boss level and new powerups adds to the gameplay. I hope more levels are forthcoming.
