Cannot get to room 12. i have tried and tried plz help

Can't get to room 12. only have 33 bulbs and it won't let me go to any other rooms to find more. Been on the map for over an hour.

I have found all the zodiac signs but am not able to go any further. Help

on 11 there is 2 rooms the small one has a lightbulb which I missed the first time doing it but you need it to get to the other room!!!

FOUND THE ANSWER! Per the game maker if you google: Mystery Cruise walkthru.... You will get the answer on how to get to the next room. Room 12 and 13 to solve game......

Nice to see I'm not the only one having trouble. I got to room 11 on the lowest level. Did you notice the upper two levels of the ship, the lights are different color than on the bottom level? But beyond that, I haven't figured out what to do, yet. Frustrating.

Playing mystery cruise. I have all the zodiac signs, but, no matter how many times i have tried, no other rooms light up on any of the three ship levels. I have found eleven rooms, but I can go no further.
