END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Software License Agreement.
This Software is a demo-version intended for use during the trial period, as follows:
Any person may use the Software during the trial period. The end of the trial period is determined by time user needs to perform a certain number of actions, determined by the program, sufficient to study the program in detail. If you would like to continue using the Software after the trial period is over, you MUST register. After registration, the user receives a non-exclusive right for any legal use of the program.
All exclusive rights for the Software belong to its author and Alawar Entertainment, Inc.
No person or company may distribute the Software on a fee basis without the copyright holder’s written permission. Unregistered Software demo-version may not be included or distributed as part of wrappers or other similar distribution solutions without the copyright holder’s written permission.
Using the Software after the trial period is only permitted after the registration fee is paid and personal registration key is received (registered version).
The Software files are distributed AS IS. NO GUARANTEE PROVIDED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Alawar Entertainment, Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss of data, damage, lost profit or any other losses due to the Software use or misuse..
You may not use, copy, imitate, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, part reverse engineer or transfer the licensed program or any part of such, except as provided for herein. Any case of such forbidden actions will cause immediate automatic cancellation of the license, and may also lead to civil and criminal prosecution.
User fully understands and accepts that, by installing this Alawar Entertainment, Inc. Software, he/she gains access to both this Software data and other Alawar Entertainment, Inc. software installed on the User’s PC.
The Software “personal registration key” files may not be distributed without the copyright holder’s written permission.
Installing and using the Software means that you agree to the terms and conditions hereof.
If you do not agree herewith, you shall delete the Software files from your storage devices and seize using it.
