Level 3-B where you have to get 30 stars in 1 minute - VERY frustrating! Been trying for days. Any suggestions before I just delete this game?

In 3-9 there is one of hte transporters on the right that I can't figure out how to get the turtles out. The blocks are BELOW the magnets and I can't get them to come up. I tried pushing the red button and nothing works!
