hallo everybody, how to pass a level 1-20

I'm at my wits end!!!! Still stuck on level 1-17 - If you have made it through PLEASE help me. I have tried the hints already suggested but having no luck. I would like to go on but can't get past this level.

how can i change the interface language...for the game..

I am still stuck on level 1-17, i can not jump on higher bubbles, can anyone help me please!!!

Level 3-B where you have to get 30 stars in 1 minute - VERY frustrating! Been trying for days. Any suggestions before I just delete this game?

In 3-9 there is one of hte transporters on the right that I can't figure out how to get the turtles out. The blocks are BELOW the magnets and I can't get them to come up. I tried pushing the red button and nothing works!
