Nice game; demo expired; paid for registration; 2 days and still waiting for the Unlock License Key Code ????!!!!! No answer to E-Mails!!!!!!

This game would not start. The error was game32.img has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have got over 30, close to 40 Alawar games and none have not started apart from this one.

I have been waiting for this game to come out and imagine my frustration when I download the demo, no turtle existed. What's wrong with this game? C'mon alawar, get your act together.
