when i lauch this game i have a run-time '5' error and i downloaded the visual basic 6 and the error is here again.

The game is looking for Visual basic 6.0 runtime files (required for the launcher) the vast majority of computers have these (all XP/ME and 2000 OS's have these), as shown in your beta testing where all systems had the required files... some win95/98 systems which have not been updated may not have these.
