It is possible to order the game from our site or upgrade from a demo version of the game. For the majority of our games, the registration key is sent by e-mail as soon as you complete your order. Usually, it is located at the very bottom of the message, so please read the entire e-mail attentively. Enter the key according to the instructions included in the email into the registration window of the demo version, and it will be upgraded to a full version. Please save your registration key (or the e-mail containing it) in a safe location. If you decide to reinstall the game, you will be able to use it again.



Download and install the latest version of the game from our site, probably this bug has already been fixed in the game.
Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements. You can find them in the readme.htm file in the game directory on your PC.
Also, check if other applications are running. Use your Task Manager to shut down applications and processes you don't need.
Make sure you have the latest version of the drivers for your video card and the most recent version of DirectX installed.
You can download DirectX free of charge at www.microsoft.com/directx. To locate the drivers for your video card, visit the manufacturer's website.
If you still have technical problems, do the following to launch your PC's diagnostic application, DxDiag:
- Press the "Start" button in your Taskbar and select "Run".
- Type "dxdiag" in a small pop-up window and click "OK". This will launch the program.
- Press the "Save All Information" button in the program.
- Save the report file and send it to us using the "Customer Support Form" (http://www.alawar.com/feedback.php)
Do not forget to attach a screenshot of the error or provide an exact error description in the message. Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Is the game registered? Does the demo version work?
