Please read the following FAQ before sending a message to Alawar's Customer Support Team. It might contain the answer to your question.
To download a game, click on “Try it Now” or the green icon with the white arrow next to the game's title. 
This will open a dialog box that gives you the option to “Save” or “Run” the game. Click on “Run” and then wait for the game to download to your computer. The process of downloading a game can take anywhere from several seconds to as long as 30 minutes, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
When the download is complete, click “Open” to install the game on your computer.
When installation is complete, click on “Finish” to start the game.
You can get the registration key via SMS or email. Download the game and run it. Then click the “Remove the time limit” button to open the window with various methods of payment. Select the most convenient way of payment.
SMS payment: after you send an SMS, you will be charged an amount equal to the game cost. In response, you will receive an SMS with your activation key to register the game.
E-money, bank cards and other ways of payment: after placing the order, you will receive a message with activation code to the email that you’ve specified. Use it to remove all game limits.

You can restore your registration key on our web site. You can also contact our Support Team using the form below. Required fields:
- Game name;
- Method of payment (including the cell phone number from which you've made the purchase, or email where the registration key was sent to;
- Date of the purchase.
After the purchase confirmation a new registration key will be sent to you.
To register the game with the key received via SMS,
run the game on your PC and click the “Remove the time limit”. In the opened window click “Enter your game key”,
then type the received activation code in the pop-up window and click the “Play now” button.
To unlock a game you purchase with the key you’ve received on your email complete the following steps:
- Open the email containing the game key.
- “Select” the game key by left-clicking and then dragging your mouse cursor over it.
- Click your right mouse button over the selected text and choose “Copy” from the pop-up menu.
- Run the game.
- Click “Enter the key”.
- If the key is not already in the text box that appears, right-click your mouse and choose “Paste” from the pop-up menu.
- Click “Register the game”.
After you've completed the above steps, you'll have full access to the game you purchased.

To activate the full version of a game while you are subscribed to Alawar Unlimited, simply download the game from www.alawar.com
and then enter the email address you submitted when purchasing your Alawar Unlimited subscription into the game's DRM wrapper.
(The DRM wrapper is the small window that pops up when you play the trial versions of our games.)
Download and install the latest version of the game from our website. There might have been a bug in the game that we've already fixed.
Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements. These are contained in the readme.htm file in the game folder on your PC.
Check to see if other applications are running. Use your Task Manager to shut down applications and processes you don't need.
Install the latest software updates for your operating system (OS).
Make sure you've installed the latest version of the drivers for your video card and the most recent version of DirectX. To locate the drivers for your video card, visit the website of the company that manufactured the card. You can download DirectX for free at http://www.microsoft.com/directx.
Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer on your PC (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/).
If the game still won't start or you're having other technical problems, follow these instructions to launch your PC's diagnostic application, DxDiag:
For Windows XP: click on the “Start” button in your Taskbar and select “Run”. Type “dxdiag“ in the small window that pops up and click “OK”. This will launch DxDiag. Click on “Save All Information”. Save the report and send it to us using the Customer Support Form below.
For Vista and Windows 7: click on the “Start” button your Taskbar, type “dxdiag“ and then click “OK”. After the report has been generated, click “Save All Information” to save a copy of the report.
Please remember to attach a screenshot of the error or provide an exact description of the error in your message to us. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
We regularly check all of the files on our website with antivirus software.
Some distributives have built-in Adware that antivirus programs might erroneously detect as Trojans.
All of the games on www.alawar.com are safe to use.
To remove a game that is installed on your computer, follow these steps:
- Click “Start”, click “Control Panel”, and then double-click “Add or Remove Programs”
- In the “Currently installed programs” box, click the game name that you want to remove, and then click “Remove”
- If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click “Yes”
