How do I purchase a game?

Obtain a registration key via SMS or e-mail, download and run the game, and then click "Remove the time limit" to open the payment options window. Select the most convenient means of payment.
SMS payment: After you send an SMS, you will be charged an amount equal to the cost of the game. In turn, you will receive an SMS with your activation key. Use it to register the game.
E-money, bank cards and other means of payment: After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the activation code. Use it to remove all game limits.

I can't send an SMS. Why?

In most cases, you cannot send an SMS because you don't have enough money in your account for the purchase. Check your balance and add more money if necessary. If you have enough money, then check your cell phone options or contact your operator.

My game key doesn't work or I lost my game key. How do I get it back?

You can restore your game key on our website. You can also contact our Support Team using the form below. Required fields:
Game name;
Method of payment (including the number of the cell phone from which you made the purchase, or the e-mail address to which we sent the game key; and
Date of purchase.
After we confirm your purchase, we will send you a new game key.

How much does a registration key cost?

In the game preview screen, click on «Remove the limit» and choose the method of payment to view the price of the game.
SMS payments: The price is displayed under the short number. The information you see there is merely a point of reference and can change. Ask your phone operator for exact tariffs and information about service availability.
E-Money and bank cards: The price will appear after you click on «Pay» on the payment page.
Other payment systems: The price will be displayed after you click on «Pay» on the payment system page.

I purchased the same game twice. What should I do?

I received a key but I still can't register the game.

Before you register your game, make sure you set the correct date and time on your PC (according to your time zone). The changes will take effect after you reboot. You should register your game within two days of receiving the key.
Should any problems occur, contact us using the form below. Provide your name, date of purchase, order or certificate number, and the e-mail you used when paying. If you paid via SMS, state the number of the phone with which you made the purchase. You will receive a new key via e-mail.

What does the phrase «The key is valid for two days » mean? Will I have to buy the game again in two days?

You need to enter the game key within two days of receiving it. After that, the game will stop asking for it. If necessary, you can obtain the key again through our website.

I purchased a registration key but then deleted the game or reinstalled Windows.
I reinstalled the game, but the full version is no longer activated, and the game is asking for a key.

You may restore a game key on our site. You may also contact our Support Team using the form below. Please specify:
- The game title.
- The date and means of payment.
- If you paid via SMS, please specify the number of the phone you used.
- If you paid with a bank card, please specify the e-mail address at which you received the key and the name of the cardholder.
After we have confirmed your purchase, we will send you a new key.

How do I use the key restoration form?

Our website contains a form for receiving a new key for games you purchased via SMS or using a bank card.
If you paid via SMS, please choose this method of payment. First, enter the phone number you used to send the message. Use international format, as shown. Next, choose a game from the dropdown menu and then download and launch it. Then find the game code on the payment terminals page or on the SMS payment page for any country and enter it in the following field. For a quicker search, specify the approximate purchase period. The default date is January 1, 2011. If you don't remember when you bought the game, then change the date to January 1, 2008. Next, enter the e-mail at which you want to receive the new key. Finally, enter the characters displayed in the picture below and send us your request. Your new registration key will appear on the screen. We will also e-mail it to you.
If you paid with a bank card, choose "Online payment." First, find your game in the dropdown menu. For a quicker search, specify the approximate purchase period. If you don't remember when you bought the game, then change the date to January 1, 2008. Next, specify the e-mail address you used when paying for the game. Finally, enter the characters displayed in the picture below and send us your request. Your new registration key will appear on the screen. We will also e-mail it to you.
You have three attempts to restore your key. If you make mistakes, you'll see the message «Attempt limit exceeded». If that happens, try again later or contact us using the form below. Please specify how you tried to restore your game key.

I used a registration key I found on the Internet, or borrowed from a friend, or found on a CD,
and it doesn't work.

Your key doesn't work because you obtained it illegally. The only way to obtain a legal, working key is to buy one.

How do I unlock a game I purchased?

To register a game using a key you received via SMS, run the game on your PC and click on «Remove the time limit».
In the window that opens, click on «Enter your game key», then type the activation code you received in the pop-up window, and then click «Play now».
To unlock a game you purchased using a key you’ve received via e-mail, complete the following steps:
- Open the e-mail you received after purchasing the game and select the text between the lines «---BEGIN GAME KEY---» and «---END GAME KEY---».
To select the text:
- Place your mouse cursor at the top left of the text
- Click and hold your left mouse button
- Drag your mouse cursor to the bottom of the text
- Next, right-click on the highlighted game key and then click on «Copy».
- Next, go to this window and click on «REMOVE THE TIME LIMIT» (located above the red arrow):

Click «ENTER YOUR GAME KEY» (located to the left of the red arrow) and then right-click in the box containing the text «Enter the game key we sent you here to remove the time limit.»
Your game key will appear in the window.
- Click on «PLAY NOW» (located above the red arrow).
- Enjoy the full version of your game with no limitations!
To activate the full version of a game while you are subscribed to Alawar Unlimited, simply download the game from www.alawar.com and then enter the e-mail address you submitted when purchasing your Alawar Unlimited subscription into the game's DRM wrapper. (The DRM wrapper is the small window that pops up when you play the trial versions of our games.)
