How do I play a Flash game?

Flash games are popular because you don't have to download or install anything, and they're easy to play. To start playing, all you need is a web browser and Internet access. To play a Flash game on our site, click on Online Games.

I get a black screen instead of the game screen. What should I do?

There are two possible reasons for this error:

1) You have an outdated version of the Flash player.

• Visit the official Adobe website and download and set up the latest Flash player (get.adobe.com/flashplayer).
• Clear the player cache and reload the game (refresh the game page).

2) Your browser protection settings are too strict and are blocking the ActiveX component.

If that's the case, you should:

• Set the protection level to "medium" and/or add alawar.com to the list of permitted sites.
• Clear the player cache and reload the game (refresh the game page).

The game doesn't load. What can I do?

There are two possible reasons for this error:

1) You have an outdated version of the Flash player.

• Visit the official Adobe website and download and set up the latest Flash player (get.adobe.com/flashplayer).
• Clear the player cache and reload the game (refresh the game page).

2) JavaScript is switched off in your browser. If that's the reason, then turn it on in your browser settings. To see if that's the reason, try using a different browser, such as the special version of Internet Explorer 9.0 from Alawar.

What is the Flash Player and why do I need it?

We use Adobe software to create our online games. Therefore, for the games to work, you need to install Adobe Flash Player. We recommend using the latest version, which you can download here: get.adobe.com/flashplayer.

How do I clear the cache in Adobe Flash Player?

1. Open the page with the desired game.
2. Right-click in the middle of the game window.
3. Depending on the language Adobe Flash Player is using, you will see a menu with «Settings». Select it.
4. You will see the Adobe Flash Player settings menu. Choose «Local Storage» or «Storage».
5. Next, you will see the Storage Settings scroll down menu. To clear the Adobe Flash Player cache, move the scroll to the far left.
6. Adobe Flash Player will ask if you really want to clear the cache. Choose «OK.».
7. Finally, return the scroll to the far right.

I have the latest version of the Flash Player, but it still keeps telling me to update it, and the game won't load.

The version of the Flash Player you're using is likely in conflict with the previous ones you installed. To take care of this, delete the Flash Player using the special uninstall program available at the Adobe website. Before removing the Flash Player, close every program, including your web browser and instant messengers (ICQ, Skype and so on). After you delete the Flash Player, reinstall the latest version of it.
