Download and install the latest version of the game from our website, as there might have been a bug in the game we've already fixed.
Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements. These are contained in the readme.htm file in the game folder on your PC.
Check to see if other applications are running. Use your Task Manager to shut down applications and processes you don't need.
Install the latest software updates for your operating system (OS). Make sure you've also installed the latest version of the drivers for your video card and the most recent version of DirectX. To locate the drivers for your video card, visit the website of the company that manufactured the card. You can download DirectX for free at http://www.microsoft.com.
Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer on your PC (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/).
If the game still won't start or you're having other technical problems, follow these instructions to launch your PC's diagnostic application, DxDiag:
For Windows XP, click on the «Start» button on your Taskbar and select «Run». Type "dxdiag" in the small window that pops up and then click on «OK». This will launch DxDiag. Then click on «Save All Information». Save the report and then send it to us using the Customer Support Form below.For Vista and Windows 7: click on the «Start» button on your Taskbar, type "dxdiag" and then click on «OK». After generating the report, click on «Save All Information» to save a copy of the report.

You can play all of our games for free for a trial period of 60 minutes. To make sure the game runs on your computer, download and start it. We especially recommend netbook users do this because not all of our games run correctly on the non-standard resolution screens.
