What are your subscription plans?

We offer two Alawar Unlimited subscription plans: one month and one year. The one-month subscription costs $10.99; and the one-year subscription costs $99.95.

Do I have to renew my subscription or is my subscription automatically renewed?

When your one-month subscription is over, we will automatically extend your subscription an additional month and charge your credit or debit card $10.99. When your one-year subscription is over, we will automatically extend your subscription for an additional year and charge your credit or debit card $99.95.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can update or cancel a subscription by logging into your BlueSnap Shopper Account, where you will see your subscription details. Next to the subscription you wish to update or cancel, click Change in the Status column. Or contact our support team directly for further assistance.

What games can I play when I'm subscribed to Alawar Unlimited?

While your subscription is active, you can play the full version of nearly every game on www.alawar.com. Look for the product pages with the orange "Alawar Unlimited" button.

How do I activate the full version of a game when I'm subscribed to Alawar Unlimited?

To activate the full version of a game while you're subscribed to Alawar Unlimited, simply download the game from www.alawar.com and then enter the e-mail address you submitted when purchasing your Alawar Unlimited subscription into the game's DRM wrapper. (The DRM wrapper is the small window that pops up when you play the trial versions of our games.)

Can I still play your games if I cancel my Alawar Unlimited subscription?

If you cancel your subscription or if we're unable to charge your credit or debit card, you must purchase the full versions of our games to be able to play them. You can continue to play all of our trial versions for free.

Who can subscribe to Alawar Unlimited?

Anyone who can access www.alawar.com.

Can I play the games that do not contain the Alawar Unlimited offer on their pages through Alawar Unlimited?

Some of our games are not available through Alawar Unlimited; however, you can purchase these games. Simply install and run the game, then click on the "Remove time limit" button, and then pay for the game using any of the available options. Only a small portion of the titles available on www.alawar.com are not available through Alawar Unlimited. An Alawar Unlimited subscription provides access to hundreds of new and classic casual games.

I don't want to subscribe to Alawar Unlimited; I want to buy your games individually. How do I do that?

To purchase a game individually instead of subscribing to Alawar Unlimited, simply install and run the game, then click on the "Remove time limit" button, and then pay for the game using any of the available options.
